Albeit we’re a tiny bit late on announcing this, we are very honored to congratulate our 2014 Morochians of the Year! Last month we bestowed the annual award to 61 Morochians who continuously brought their “a-game” day in and day out in 2014 – one of the most challenging yet rewarding years to date for our agency.
The annual Morochians of the Year program is designed to showcase employees who:
- Perform above expectations
- Contribute financially to the agency through cost reductions, new revenue streams or additional services
- Develop, foster and recognize up and coming talent and provide mentorship for their success
- Serve as a role model for others and foster the Moroch brand
- Recognize the importance of great ideas to build business for our clients and the agency
- Adapt to environment changes and use change as a path to learn and grow
