While meeting new business owners can be very intimidating, Stephanie took control of a new assignment and systematically met with key influencers one-on-one to learn about what makes them tick. Using that information, she put together a plan to get better organized and correct past issues. One specific priority of hers was to overhaul the Co-Op budget process to improve transparency and create a greater level of partnership with the Co-Op treasurer. The work was very well-received and we couldn’t be more proud!
