Kern is always an exceptional performer however, over the last month, he has met adversity head on and crushed it like a bug. Without his efforts that went above and beyond, the 9th floor Dallas move in would not have gone nearly as smooth as it did. Kern gets in early and stays late every single day and he even decided to work on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day this year to make sure everything was being done for the 9
th floor AV, new hires starting and support requests from other Morochians also working through the holidays. Kern cares a great deal about making everyone as happy as they can be and will go a long way to make that happen.
Geoff Feinberg
Media Planner, Dallas
Geoff always exceeds expectations being a remarkably fast learner. Shortly after a well-deserved promotion, Geoff entered a particularly challenging media planning season in which he was given the responsibility of several new client markets on top of his already healthy list. Geoff rose to the challenge and took ownership, holding himself and his work to an even higher standard. He dove deep into each market’s nuances and intricacies, made tough decisions and in the end, was instrumental in the creation of thoughtful, strategic 2015 annual media plans that were met with the unanimous approval of his clients. On top of it all, Geoff always enjoys himself bringing great energy and an infectious smile and laugh to the office.

Upon joining our team, Brooke immediately stepped up and was eager to take ownership of projects, no matter how big or small they were. She is quick and efficient and we couldn’t be more thankful for her smiling face, good attitude and hard work. Brooke has done a great job building relationships with the client and they know they can count of her for good work and quick follow ups. The client loves her so much that a few key players have already mentioned that “she is like the daughter they never had!” Recently, after making changes to our internal team, Brooke stepped up without hesitation to relocate and represent one of our clients from our San Antonio office. We are so excited to see her continue to grow in San Antonio and are thankful to work with her every day.

Gray, who has been at Moroch for almost two years, has taken ownership, leading two Co-Ops and jumping in to support five others whenever needed, and motivated our team to constantly look for ways to improve our services. Being our social media lead in the office, Gray is passionate about social media and keeps the team well-informed on the latest trends to better develop creative social executions and content. He is eager to learn is never afraid of a challenge, whether it’s leading a university football sponsorship or activating a new social media promotion. No matter how big or small of an opportunity, Gray is the ‘unofficial Go to Guy’ that finds a solution with enthusiasm and tenacity. His positive attitude and love for the brand makes him a joy to work with.
