Bre has proven to be extremely reliable and efficient, quickly mastering tasks without any background in the field, and is constantly hungry for more. This hunger and her natural intuition helped her expand into owning external traffic for multiple accounts and almost 40 client markets. In Q4 2014, Bre went above and beyond working many late nights through challenging and complicated tasks to make sure last minute spots and instructions were delivered to networks for national broadcast. Bre attacks such challenges with a smile and positive attitude. Bre exemplifies several of our core principles including take ownership, do what’s right and never give up, and always exceed expectations.
Kala Brock
NEXTMedia Planner, Dallas
Kala celebrated three years with NEXTMedia in December and over those three years she has grown into an integral NEXTMedia team member. She has recently taken the lead on several projects, learning the ins and outs of digital media quickly and putting together endless data charts for the client without hesitation. When faced with a challenging situation she is solution oriented and handles it calmly and professionally. Kala juggles a lot to keep all NEXTMedia clients on track and we are grateful to have her on our team. To top it all off, Kala is President of Ad2Dallas and making her mark on the Dallas ad community.

Since joining the Moroch McDonald’s team in Richmond, Courtney has been a dedicated team member willing to take on all the challenges thrown her way. As a new Account Supervisor, Courtney has been juggling new responsibilities while training and helping team members. She has truly demonstrated how to take ownership
and absolutely exceeded expectations with this year’s challenging planning and December meetings
. Courtney worked tirelessly to ensure that market pre-reads and decks were completed on time and even took lead of presenting the material five times in three days, never missing a beat. We appreciate her dedication, leadership and are grateful to have her on the Richmond team!
