Morochians of the Month: July 2015

MOTM_Web_Jul15 Congratulations to our outstanding July Morochians of the Month! The Morochians of the Month awards program rewards employees who exceed expectations and shine for all of their contributions and efforts each month. july morochians of the monthMeredith Vandiver Communications Coordinator, Dallas Meredith is not just a marvelous team player, but a key leader for her clients on the PR team. She is incredibly reliable, constantly ahead of task and always keeps a smile on her face. Most recently, this Morochian took ownership of a tremendous client initiative with many moving parts. The team was presented with a list of nearly 150 customer survey respondents and asked to call each and every one of them within 48 hours before an in-person client meeting, all the while still managing daily tasks and responsibilities. Meredith quickly drafted a call script and within the allotted deadline, had a solid list of potential testimonials to present to the client. It’s because of Meredith’s hard work and diligence that we are ahead of schedule and prepared for the next challenge to arise. Again, Meredith is a super star Morochian and we are so grateful for all that she has done!   july morochians of the monthTara Westberg               Producer, Dallas Tara has gone above and beyond for our clients. When a video job was opened with a client approved storyboard to shoot all over the world and with a budget that didn’t match, Tara took the challenge and researched directors/companies interested in working with us. After a few weeks of heavy prep and planning, Tara managed to get herself, one creative, one client, and a small production crew from Green Bay/Sturgeon Bay, WI to Sweden by way of Germany and Denmark, to Japan/Mount Fuji and Tokyo, to Australia and then back home all within three weeks. Tara wore many hats on this journey – producer, account service, creative, fisherman, 2nd AD, wrangler, line producer, travel agent, you name it – if it had to get done, and she did it. On every job, Tara always exceeds expectations, and she took ownership of this job and made it happen.   july morochians of the monthJames Brown Senior Account Executive, Detroit James has proven himself to be an invaluable asset to the Michigan team. His “never say die” attitude has led his team to continue to challenge breaking the barriers to simplify the Marketing Update process. Always talking about solutions rather than problems, he took ownership of this project to reinvent the product, worked with key clients to gain their buy-in, and is working to see it come to life without letting obstacles stop him. Not afraid of new challenges, James jumped in to take on additional responsibilities for both Michigan Co-ops when we were short-staffed and during a critical time. He assumed the creative leadership position for the Michigan office, building a strong relationship with our Dallas project management, production and creative teams and earning the respect of the region and our clients. James is always exceeding expectations and we are so lucky to have him on our team!   july morochians of the monthAlex Bernstein Account Coordinator, Panama City Beach Alex has been with Moroch six quick months and has already taken his job description to the next level. Ever since his first week, he continues to prove to be professional and credible with our clients. He started presenting competitive and calendar review within his first month on board and has transformed our competitive/industry trend presentation into a comprehensive, engaging information session. His passion for community events and creating brand advocates outside our walls has really shone through with our local product delivery engagements and sponsorships. Our Co-Op president gave him accolades saying he did an outstanding job planning and coordinating a recent event and another even wrote an email to Tom Moroch praising his efforts and dedication to the brand. He is an invaluable asset to our team & we can’t wait to see his continued growth with Moroch.
