Our biggest asset is our employees. They are the heart and soul of our family of companies, and each month we like to recognize those who have gone above and beyond the call of duty. However, we’ve decided to switch things up a bit. We’ve realized that we need to do more for the individuals who consistently exceed our expectations and over-deliver time and time again for our clients. Moving forward, each of our Morochian of the Month employees will be entered in to win a chance at the end of the year to go on an all-expense-paid, week–long trip for two to an exotic destination. While one might be considered the lucky winner in the end, we’re truly the lucky ones as our business would not be what it is today without these very special employees!
