Morochians of the Month: October

Congratulations to this month’s group of outstanding Morochians! The Morochians of the Month awards program rewards employees who exceed expectations and shine for all of their contributions and efforts each month. Tiffany Blankenship Tiffany Blankenship Media Planning Director, Dallas Tiffany joined us in June and has jumped in and forged ahead, offering new thinking and developing new tools along the way to better our process and execution.  Tiffany has a very thoughtful approach, takes the time to listen and respond to help team members through problems. She is very much solution oriented and always looks at a situation from multiple angles to come up with the best approach which may not always mean the easiest way.  Tiffany makes a genuine effort to balance and support the team whenever needed.    Her supportive, can do attitude is always delivered in an energetic and positive way and is greatly appreciated by those who work with her! Jennifer Bedwell Jennifer Bedwell Senior Account Executive, Dallas Jennifer’s team has felt immense pride in the last few weeks watching Jennifer Bedwell rise to a most challenging occasion. Jennifer has a positive outlook when many would have cracked under the pressure. She has put together weekend events and has even worked evening screenings for clients that are not her own. Jennifer always does what’s right for her Moroch family. Her respect for the team is boundless and her energy to drive results is infectious. Jennifer doesn’t just have the Moroch Principles tacked on her wall, she’s exuding them. Alyson Dixon Alyson Dixon Director Field Social Media, Houston Alyson leads all of social media for 35 markets, working tirelessly at streamlining the process and system for social media and how to up our game with execution on the local level. Alyson has been proactive throughout the 2015 planning process– every step of the way asking how she can be of service and how she can assist in building integrated plans. She’s even putting individual local 2015 social media plans together for all 35 markets! As we try new things on the local market level like paid Social campaigns, we are venturing into completely unchartered territory and there is a lot to learn about how to service this type of approach, but in these new areas for us, she has embraced the beliefs of discover and share and take smart risks! Thank you Alyson for being such an asset and contribution to the Moroch system! Andrew HarmelingAndrew Harmeling Account Executive, Milwaukee Andrew is the epitome of a Wisconsin-ite. All of the stereotypes you can think of are true. He loves cheese, beer, country music, and of course has a Wisconsin accent. This would not normally be applicable except his one shining characteristic that brings it all together—he is a die-hard Packers fan—making him the perfect team member to help lead the execution of our Packers sponsorship fan experiences! No team member does any project solely by themselves, but Andrew took ownership and engaged the Milwaukee team consistently to ensure that our final product was up to client standards and always delivered a product customers could relate to. Additionally he recently orchestrated one of our most successful meetings in our two year history with the client. Andrew is a key player on our Milwaukee team with his innovative thinking, hard work ethic, and most importantly, open mindedness.
