New Hire: Cody Bailey

We have officially welcomed Cody Bailey as our new Director of Digital and Social Strategy. Bailey will manage and lead the strategy for all digital platforms across our agency’s expansive network of over 30 North American offices. “We’re thrilled to have Cody on board due to his breadth of experience and leadership, especially in the customization of hyper-local digital programs,” said Brad McCormick, Chief Digital Officer at Moroch. “Because our vast network of offices puts us closer to the consumer, we’re looking forward to seeing how Cody and his team continue to create significant results on a more personalized and local level for our clients and the agency, while elevating our digital capabilities to greater heights.” During his 16-year tenure at the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, Bailey successfully led the publication’s transition into digital, as the Director of Innovation and Product Development. Most recently, he served as Sr. Vice president at ShareRocket, a social media ratings company, working on the ABC, NBC Sports, National Geographic, People’s Choice Awards and Gannett accounts. He also led digital content and social media at Belo Corp., one of the nation’s largest pure-play television companies. “The industry is at an interesting crossroads with the emergence of digital and mobile as the number one consumed source of media for consumers, especially among millennials,” said Bailey. “So it’s really an exciting time to be a part of an agency like Moroch, who not only has an impressive resume of building integrated brand experiences, both locally and nationally, with emerging technologies but who is also home to a team of some of the most talented individuals in the marketplace.” Cody_Bailey Headshot
