It’s no secret that Texans have a lot of pride. They love their state, their trucks and most importantly … their beef. Which is why Moroch and McDonald’s of Texas are giving the friendly folks who call the Lone Star State home the opportunity to build their very own, one-of-a-kind Texas Burger.
Introducing the Texas McDonald’s Burger Showdown Sweepstakes!
The #BurgerShowdown campaign, created by Moroch, came with “the works.” It included merchandising, social media, promotions, event activations, public relations efforts, TV and Radio spots and more!
We invite each and every Texan to “come and make it” and enter their Texas Burger for a chance to win $5,000 and see the winning burger served in all participating Texas McDonald’s.
Here’s how the #BurgerShowdown breaks down:
- Entry – Submit your very own, one-of-a-kind Texas Burger by 11:59 p.m. ET on March 27.
- Voting – From April 2 – 15, you can vote online for the best Texas Burgers and the burgers with the most votes will move on to the final round.
- Judging – From April 18 – 22, our five-star, taste-testing judges will determine which burger is crowned the Texas Burger and will be served at all participating Texas McDonald’s.
